At It's About Thyme we always bear in mind the environmental impact of anything we do, sell and package. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that packaging and transport has minimal impact. 

We source all of our Beef, Goat, Venison and Lamb from here on the Island and Pork is from IOW or Hampshire. 

Our vegetables come from the Island as much as possible. During the warmer months we have a regular supply from Organic Island Farms. 

We fully appreciate the impact of farming on the environment, which is why we believe that meat is a treat. Everything in moderation, as they say. We do not use soy milk for coffee and avoid palm oil products wherever possible.

Our homemade deli foods are made with ingredients from our shop as much as possible. We plan our menus to lessen waste as much as possible.
