Bish Bosh Posh Sausage Cassoulet by Gordon Rhodes, yes even for the posh! This mix requires a little more additions – tomatoes, pulses, red onions and chorizo if you want.

Ingredients: Cornflour, Dried Onion, Paprika (10%), Dried Garlic, Dried Tomato, Colour Plain Caramel, Natural Flavouring, Salt, Black Pepper, Yeast Extract, Bay, Sage, Rosemary.

Slow cooking is great for keeping all the vitamins in from your vegetables and meat. The more you add the more benefit you get. So feel free to add mushrooms or onions. Add a can of cannelini or haricot beans at the end and heat those bad boys up.
