Please read these terms and conditions and delivery notes carefully as they cover your agreement with It’s About Thyme and all orders you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you will not be able to order with us.

To order from our website customers must be over 18.

You will be asked to set up an account and provide and email address and delivery address.

It is your responsibility to enter these and check that they are correct. Royal Mail will use these details to contact you and deliver to you.
Any changes will need to be notified to us 48 hours before the day of delivery.

You are responsible for any and all activity on your account and any orders places, modified or cancelled. We reserve the right to close or suspend your account at our discretion. The personal details you give us are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Any items not received need to be reported to us within 24 hours.

Any general information, advice, recipes and instructions provided by us relating to our goods have been produced as guidance only, to assist you to consume the goods. Please note that the advice, recipes and instructions are provided for general information only and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a result of the information provided to you on our website or in conjunction with any of our goods.

Allergens; Whilst every precaution is taken to minimise cross contamination in the production of our food we cannot guarantee that trace elements of allergens don’t exist, Our food production areas also handle products containing all 14 allergens: Milk, Nuts, Eggs, Nuts, Peanuts, Fish, Crustaceans, Molluscs, Cereals, Wheat, Soya, Celery, Lupins, Mustard.
Our sausages are NOT gluten free and gluten is passed through our mincer.

We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered goods, which are returned to our couriers premises.
We take no responsibility for error, act, omission, mis statement or misrepresentation by the consignee.
We take no responsibility for quality usability of goods where the consignee has not taken or accepted delivery on the assigned day and time.

Prepared goods are cut with within +/- 10%. 

Complaints, Returns & Refunds

We take great pride in our products and service and would never send you something that we wouldn’t eat ourselves. If you have any problems with or are not happy with our goods please contact us by email or via our contact page. We will respond as soon as we can.
