Homemade Sausages and Bacon

Our speciality is our own cured bacon and handmade sausages, which come in many flavours, some completely unique to us. We can source any meat and prepare any cut or dish on request. Our butchers are very friendly and are happy to help with any questions.

All of our sausages are handmade on the premises using pork shoulder and leg meat.

We use local meat, including Hampshire free range, wherever possible, as long as it’s excellent quality.

In the summer we have BBQ ready flavoured kebabs, handmade burgers, Thai turkey burgers and more.

Many products are available to pre order including Salt beef and dry aged ribs.

We have a full butchery counter with modern and old fashioned choices.
