Our Butchery Online enables you to browse some of our meaty products, which are available for delivery or collection. We have lots more in our shop in Shanklin. Please come and see us. We can source any meat and prepare any cut or dish on request. Our butchers are very friendly and are happy to help with any questions.

All of our sausages are handmade on the premises using pork shoulder and leg meat.

We use local meat wherever possible, as long as it’s excellent quality.

In the summer we have BBQ ready flavoured kebabs, handmade burgers, Thai turkey burgers and more.

Salt beef is available to pre order, to enable the salting process.

As well as our butchery online we have a full butchery counter with modern and old fashioned choices.
