For a lighter, slimmer sausage casserole try this Hearty Sausage Casserole packed with veggies and use our Chicken Stock recipe for good gut health. A less gut healthy option, but family favourite is good old fashioned Toad in the Hole with Yorkshire Pudding mix, if you don’t fancy making your own.
This is the sausage meat we use for our Bad Boy sausage rolls and we add diced, cooked onions and sage.
