Handmade Chicken Kyivs are popularly served with either French Fries and Peas or elevate it with Lemon & Thyme Roasted Potatoes or simply boiled skin on New Potatoes and Wilted Spinach (with more garlic if you’re warding off vampires).

Rumour has it that the Russians actually invented the Chicken Kiev, but it was then reinvented by the Ukrainians, as we know it today. It is a very of the much loved schnitzel, which is also argued over being popular in Milan and Germany. But let’s face it, breaded meat could be claimed by pretty much anyone.
