Clearspring Organic Shoyu Soya Sauce made from whole soya beans and wholewheat, which is roasted and naturally fermented slowly in Cedarwood kegs.
The difference between this and ordinary soya sauce? Non shoyu is made with soy extract, not whole soya beans, extracting the fats and carbohydrates.
Clearspring Organic Shoyu Soya Sauce can be used in so many different dishes. Traditionally an accompaniment for sushi and sashimi. Rice and noodles are perfect pairings for soya sauce.
It can be used to replace salt in lots of dishes such as soups, stews and curries, giving extra umami.
