Garlic Puree by the Garlic Farm is a cupboard must have. If you love garlic, but have given up showing off your knife skills or not so able to use the knife for whatever reason, then this is the perfect ingredient. Do you always run out of garlic? Yes, even us and we have a shop full of it. Just can’t be bothered to crush it yourself? This is the best quick garlic we’ve found.
Garlic Puree by the Garlic Farm is so much better than the jarred stuff, because it’s not all vinegary, just garlicky.
To make the most simple of garlic breads just replace the minced garlic with garlic puree.
