If you haven’t tried brown rice we highly recommend it, as it has more flavour than white rice, with less of a starchy taste. We’ve been eating brown rice in our house for decades. It’s a great base rice for curries and stir fries. Just put in your veg steamer for 40 minutes. It’s so easy and so much better for you.
