At it’s freshest find your favourite bench on the Island and slather, your sourdough baguette, not too thickly, with Borthwood Brie with Truffle. (It has a strong flavour.) Breathe in the sea or country air and have another piece.
Excellent for slicing and covering in your favourite topping. Or just go basic with Briddlesford Isle of Wight Guernsey Butter. Try toasting slices and topping with Maple Bacon Peanut Butter. A sticky treat for breakfast. Italian Marmalade goes well
Ideal for making very easy garlic bread with The Garlic Farm Oak Smoked Butter. Or wonderful bruschetta with Tomato Stall Oak Smoked Tomatoes. Or dip into Tomato Stall Spicy Allioli.
For dinner make a bruschetta with your choice of toppings; ‘nduja, sundried tomatoes, smoked tomato pesto or flamed pepper pesto.
