The Lost Mill White Sourdough 900g loaf. Freshly made Monday – Saturday in Cowes, by Tom the Baker and his team. Slice it an freeze it, then just toast it when you need it. Some people swear by frozen sourdough being more tasty than fresh.
Made with a blend of white flours from Stoates and Shipton Mill.
Lovely topped with Mackerel Pâté, Hot n Smoky Peanut Butter or Maple Bacon Peanut Butter or Wild and Fruitful Orange and Whisky Marmalade.
Use the older bread for croutons or bread pudding.
