Biona Organic Kimchi, a warm and spicy mix of naturally fermented vegetables. It is considered on of the most healthy foods in the world. A good breakfast would be a couple of slices of Danish Rye Bread, a layer of Biona organic kimchi and either a couple of boiled eggs or slices of smoked salmon.
Use some thinly sliced pieces of leftover roast beef preferably rare, in a wrap with some kimchi. What a Monday lunch!
