Handmade Chicken Cushions (2) are handmade in our butchery. One of our biggest sellers, they have so much flavour. Chicken breast with a sausage meat middle, wrapped in smoked streaky bacon, glazed with a Mediterranean oil and topped with an Isle of Wight tomato. One is plenty for 1 person, possibly for sharing if you have a small appetite.
Handmade Chicken Cushions (2) can be served with a multitude of things – lots of veggies. Carbs are your choice, you could go without, as they are so filling.
