Crustarmor Bernaise Sauce made traditionally with egg, butter, lemon, white wine and white wine vinegar by family business Crustarmor in Brittany, France (Since 1950).
Brittany Ferries are a common sight from the shores of Shanklin and a common destination for us Isle of Wighty’s.
Ideal for your favourite steak or Chateaubriand. Also good with fish, chicken, broccoli and asparagus. Can also be used as you would Hollandaise for an eggs Benedict type dish.
