Storage
Fresh yellow turmeric can be kept in a fridge for a few weeks. Wrap it in kitchen towel or a paper bag to prevent it getting damp.
It can be ground, grated or sliced and stored in oil.
For storing in the freezer divide it into pieces you will use or grate it.
