Description

Hot sauce with fermented cayenne from Isle of Wight Tomatoes winner of Great Taste Awards. Made with baby plum tomatoes and a touch of garlic.

Use it as a straight condiment or add to yoghurt or mayo for a dip. Hot sauce with fermented cayenne can be added to yoghurt and spread over lamb or chicken before cooking.
