Isle of Wight Tomatoes Makhani Curry Sauce aka Butter Sauce is a really tasty curry sauce made with butter, cream and IOW Tomatoes, of course. Fragranced with garlic and ginger this is an outstanding flavoursome sauce. All you have to do is sauté either your chicken, beef, lamb or vegetables, stir in the sauce until it is warmed through and serve.
If you don’t want to use it all at once it is freezable.
