Orzo Pasta, so called because it resembles a grain of barley (Orzo in Italian). 500g
Good for soups, Casseroles & Salads. Mix with lentils, rice or other grains for a different texture. It is traditionally used in wedding soup with green vegetables, pork and beef meatballs.
Our favourite is Parmesan Herb Orzo. A great side dish for salmon, not too heavy.
Make a pasta bake with courgettes, garlic and chilli or a chicken and Mediterranean vegetable bake with aubergine and feta. Stir in the Crispino Griddled Vegetable Pasta Sauce for an quick and easy dinner.
