To make the anchovies the star try Bucatini pasta with capers, anchovies, olives and Italian Herbs or Amalfi Lemon, Chilli & Anchovy Spaghetti. Don’t be put off by the Amalfi lemon, any lemon can be used.
Ross from Friends may not have liked anchovies on his pizza, especially not chopped up, but lots of people do, especially with capers. Salt + Vinegar!
Anchovy garlic butter is an excellent topping for steak or lamb cutlets. Simply blend 120g softened Briddlesford Butter with black pepper, 1 tbsp lemon juice & 3 cloves of IOW garlic in a food processor, remove and shape into a cylinder in cling film, then chill until needed. Then simply slice and pop it on your hot meat when serving.
