Description
Gluten Free Paccheri Pasta is a large tubed pasta, great for stuffing or serving with a rich sauce. The length of Paccheri do vary. Our Gluten Free Paccheri are about and inch and a half long.
Paccheri can be stuffed with a nice rich meat ragu, sprinkled with parmesan and baked in the oven. For a vegetarian and gluten free option make a rich tomato sauce with whole cherry tomatoes.
Try a traditional cannelloni recipe of spinach and ricotta, but stand the Paccheri up on their ends and grate over some parmesan and bake in the oven.
Paccheri can equally be served with just a sauce, without baking. It flattens down when cooked and not stuffed. For a quick dinner use Crispino Tomato and Nduja Pasta Sauce or Crispino Tomato and Grilled Veg Pasta Sauce.
