Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil by The Tomato Stall is made using traditional harvesting methods and age-old traditions. The olives are harvested by hand in the beautiful isle of Crete and cold pressed the same day, at a cooperative that has been producing oil for generations.

Made with 100% Koroneiki olives, to produce an intensely fruity flavour and a hyper-fresh grassy aroma, it makes a wonderful accompaniment to our Oak Smoked Tomato Balsamic – perfect as a dip with fresh bread, or drizzled over perfectly ripe Isle of Wight Tomatoes with a pinch of sea salt. In simple pasta dishes it is ideal as a finishing oil, with it’s excellent olive taste.

Koroneiki Olives are considered to be the premium olives for making olive oil. The trees can live for between 300 – 500 years, bearing dark green olives with very low acidity.

The Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil by The Tomato Stall presents excellent quality and good value for money these days. And as recommended, it is stored in a dark glass bottle to retain it’s quality.
