Homemade Sourdough Bread Pudding made with The Lost Mill Sourdough bread and Hazelgrove Eggs regularly by Sarah. One of our biggest sellers.
Hand diced sourdough bread. Not our favourite job. In fact it took 2 1/2 years to ask Scarlett, our part time team member, to dice it, as we didn’t want her to quit!

Sarah has been making bread pudding since we had our little shop and started selling bread. When all the bread sells out she does celebrate a little bit, as it gives her a week off the Homemade Sourdough Bread Pudding making. But with so many toasted sandwiches being made there are always odds and ends, well more ends, to put bread pudding together.
