Lemon Pepper by Seasoned Pioneers. Whilst the Chicken Lollipops are recommended for chicken kebabs, we think adding Lemon Pepper to chicken could be a winner, winner chicken dinner! Either use in breadcrumbs to coat chicken (leave the chicken to soak in a little milk first to retain its moisture) or as a dry rub or marinade. A chicken breast burger marinated in this zesty mix would be amazing and fresh.
Seasoned Pioneers have lots of ideas on their website for Lemon Pepper, we particularly like the idea of putting it on crackers for your cheese board or even se it to make crackers for your board if you’re really out to impress. Or they also suggest mixing Lemon Pepper with a little butter (try our Briddlesford Guernsey butter) to create a paste for fish, pork chops and steaks.
Add to your scrambled eggs for a lovely hint of flavour.
