Sticky Brisket of Beef by Gordon Rhodes. Just add beef, water and maple syrup. If you don’t have any maple syrup don’t stress (that’s the point) use IOW honey instead.
Ingredients; Brown Sugar, Cornflour, Spices (Paprika (5%), Crushed Chilli Seeds (2%), Black Pepper, Chilli, Fennel), Dried Tomato (8.5%), Dried Onion, Malt Vinegar Powder, Colours (Plain Caramel, Paprika Extract), Salt, Dried Garlic, Cocoa Powder, Yeast Extract, Xanthan Gum.
Gluten Free, Vegetarian
Slow cooking is great for keeping all the vitamins in from your vegetables and meat. The more you add the more benefit you get.
