Isle of Wight Tomatoes Pizzaiola is a rich tomato sauce, with oregano and extra virgin olive oil. Great Taste Award Winner. Packed with Isle of Wight Tomatoes.

An obvious choice for a pizza base or gnocchi bake – cook your gnocchi in boiling water until they float, then drain and transfer to a baking dish with the pizzaiola sauce and add any other ingredients – grilled aubergines, sun dried tomatoes, maybe some mixed herbs and of course scamorza.

An essential base for your traybakes. Chicken Pizzaiola, Steak Pizzaiola, or Cauliflower Pizzaiola.
