Smoked Garlic Balsamic Vinegar by The Garlic Farm just screams ‘Umami!’ Use it as a 90’s favourite dip of balsamic and very good oil (has it ever gone out of fashion? Add to dressings, marinades or sauces. For a modern twist on that 90’s dip add to really good olive oil (Willy’s Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the best) and serve with Lost Mill’s Sourdough Bread.
