The oak smoked tomatoes give this Modena Vinegar a deep warmth and a flavoursome twist that cannot be replicated. Use as a marinade for chicken skewers for your BBQ or turn into a deep, smoky vinaigrette for a unique addition to mozzarella and tomato salad. Once you start using this it is hard to put down. An ideal dip with a good olive oil for dipping your focaccia into.
Toss your Mediterranean vegetables in some Oak Smoked Tomato Balsamic and olive oil and roast in an oven tray for a rich and healthy side dish.
Make a marinade for chicken with Oak Smoked Balsamic, Olive Oil, salt, pepper, crushed garlic and a little Dijon mustard. Rub the marinade into your favourite cut of chicken or even a whole roast chicken or spatch cock chicken slashed on the thighs to incorporate the flavours (just make a comment in your order notes for your butcher to spatchcock your whole chicken).
